I moved to Thousand Oaks with my family in 1963, when the city looked very different than it does today. I still remember goats and sheep wandering down Moorpark Road, and over the decades I’ve had the privilege of watching our hometown grow into the vibrant community it is now. I’ve spent most of my life in the Conejo Valley and graduated from Thousand Oaks High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting, from California State University, Chico.

I later married my high school sweetheart, and we raised our family in Moorpark. Early in my career, I worked at Rockwell International before stepping away from the workforce to focus on raising our children. A meaningful turning point came at the hospital where our two oldest daughters were born, when I met Joel and Ann Remmenga—a chance encounter that grew into a lifelong friendship. Years later, Joel invited me to join him professionally, and I began my career in financial services as his assistant.

After earning my FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations, along with my California State Insurance License, I became a Financial Consultant. For more than 20 years, I have worked with Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms, helping clients navigate their financial lives with care, diligence, and integrity.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I am blessed with three adult children who all live locally, and six grandchildren who bring immeasurable joy to our lives. We are a close knit family, and I am deeply grateful for the many blessings that have shaped both my life and my career.
